Healthy Living 4: Morning tonic

1 cup water

2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (organic is best)

2 Tablespoons of lemon juice

1 Tablespoon of honey

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Blend all ingredients together and drink every morning.

This tonic is great.  I have been taking it for approximately 3 months now and I can strongly recommend it.  I feel so much more vibrant, alert and energetic.

It is a great detox and aids in weight loss, a healthy digestive system and is said to aid in lowering blood pressure.  Each of these ingredients have so many health benefits I can't list them all but google them and see what they can do for you.
