Meet Veronica - Paragon's Insurance Support Specialist, who joined the Paragon diamond team in June 2026 with six years experience in financial services administration. Working closely with Lewis, whilst also supporting Adviser JB, Veronica brings a calm, organised approach to everything she does. Known for her efficiency and exceptional attention to detail, she plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Veronica is also a trusted support in the claims space - combining clear communication with genuine empathy to guide clients through what can be a challenging time.
Outside of work, Veronica enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter and is actively involved in a local youth group here in New Plymouth.
